Welcome home Charlotte

We found the perfect pet for our little Doll. The pet store person said that between the bearded dragon lizard and the leopard gecko, that if you like dogs better than you would like the dragon because he’s more active and then if you like cats you would prefer a gecko because they’ll just sit in your hand... So of course anyone who knows our Lola knows she’s a huge fan of cats. We decided on the gecko and learned all about how to feed it live crickets everyday. She decided to name it Charlotte after the character from Princess and the frog. What fun.

Lizard from the woods

Next door to where we live is a nice nature area where Lola likes hiking and looking for animals. Well, for a few visits we have found this baby lizard. We thought he might like to come visit our house because we keep visiting his house. So we gathered him up in a water bottle and let him spend the night at our house. He seemed happy enough, but we told Lola that he might like to go back to see his family. We think we might like to go see about getting a non-wild pet lizard to keep.

Pizza Date

Sometimes our house seems to be completely full of kids. Today was one of those days. We had our school friends, our church boyfriend and the beach boys over. Lola had a Pizza dinner date with the boyfriends and their sister. Good times, including the hungry hippo game and a quick dip in the pool.
